Before purchases open

Payments are not yet enabled. Cancellation information and the final purchase terms will be available before you pay. A reader signup or enquiry is free and does not create an order.

Cancelling a preorder

Contact Reader Support if you wish to cancel an undelivered preorder. Include your order reference and the affected title or collection. Requests will be handled under the applicable purchase terms and your statutory rights. If some books in a bundle have already been delivered, identify the titles your request concerns.

Digital purchases

Any loss of an applicable cancellation right when digital delivery begins must be explained and expressly agreed during purchase. Browsing this website, joining the reader list or making an enquiry does not waive that right.

Your rights where a book is not supplied, is faulty or does not match its description are not removed by a digital-download policy. Please contact us so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.

Requesting help

Email your purchase date, order reference, title and a description of the issue. Where a refund is due, it will be made through the appropriate payment channel in accordance with applicable law. We do not need your card details in an email.
